Devoted homemaker with outstanding cooking skills, Jenny D'Souza will take you step-by-step on an Indian culinary journey that you'll never forget! You will be able to experience and savor every detail in person as you learn tips and tricks only a well-informed Indian cook would know.

Cooking has always been an ardent passion for Jenny. Jenny also moonlights as a Coordinator for foreigners who come to India to volunteer at socially relevant volunteering organizations and as tourism. The dynamic combination of her expertise in interacting with foreigners and exceptional culinary skills inspired her to create an opportunity to teach and share with tourists the secrets of authentic Indian cookery through “Hands on Curry”.

* Learn how to cook an authentic complete Indian meal in 1.30 to 2.oo hours
* Take back fond memories, recipe booklet and a memorabilia of the
experience
* Available exclusively for JCI members attending the World Congress at Goa
* All this at an affordable price in a totally casual candid interactive warm

* The following items will be taught and you will assist me whilst cooking so
it is totally Hands On!!!
* Jenny will demonstrate 5 dishes – Chicken, Paneer (Cottage
Cheese),Vegetable Curry, Rice, Lentil Curry
* Feel free to ask queries regarding Indian cooking and spices.
